The saddle tan interior, boot, and original carpets compliment the exterior color well making it an absolute head turner. The vehicle starts with ease, idles and runs out nicely with zero issues of smoking or overheating. The clutch is sure and gear shifts are crisp and responsive never "popping" out of gear. The second gear synchro usually plaguing most all Alfa's is the strongest I have driven. All fluids have been serviced running Agip synthetic in the lump and Agip synthetic 75w90 in the box. All gauges and accessories work as factory designed and the vehicle brakes straight and true. A seasonal tune up was recently completed and the Alfa easily passed an emissions test last month and has neither issues of rust nor rot as it has been in Colorado it's entire vehicle life. The Alfa runs exhaust headers for a pep in performance and a sportier exhaust note and the tire set is under 2,000 miles from new. The shock set has been recently replaced and the premium canvas soft cover top is flawless. A soft rubber front chin spoiler has been added to (in my opinion) balance out the rear soft spoiler for pure esthetics. With a simple hand wax, the car shines deeply with no dents, dings or scratches to the smooth and even finish. I sold my other Celeste Aqua Alfa Romeo Spider last month to a very satisfied buyer and anticipate the same again with this one. Overall, a beautiful and honest original 1984 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce which will bring the new owner years of proud ownership. A true pleasure to zoom around town or Sunday drive in the country with -- I would have no reservations driving this Alfa to either coast tomorrow. In a world of soap shaped Miata's -- go Italiano!
