Vehicle Detail
This is a 1950 Studebaker cab on a 1987 Chevy one ton dually chassis. I started to build this to pull my vendor trailer for my business. It has a new 454 crate engine with 340 HP and is set up for torque and towing. It has a new Edelbrock intake with a Holley 750 dual feed double pumper. Everything is new on the engine - fuel pump, water pump, starter, alternator, distributor, etc. This new engine has never been fired up. I have over $6,000.00 invested. The turbo 400 transmission has been completely rebuilt with a new torque converter; valve body is set up for towing. The radiator is new. The brake system has been completely redone with all new parts and hardware. The 4 rear tires are new with new wheel simulators. It has 4 new shock absorbers. The wiring harness is new. This Kwik Wire wiring harness is 90% installed. There are new Autometer gauges installed and comes with a matching clock. The steering wheel is also new. The body is a rust free Kansas truck and all sheet metal is like new. The glass is all cut and ready to install. The rear glass is installed with a new gasket. A new gasket is included for the windshield. The glass has a brown smoke tint to it. The chrome has been redone. The front bumper bolts have been removed and studs welded to the back of the bumper for a smooth look. The paint is PPG base clear. Everything was done right on this truck with no expense spared. It just needs a few hours work to finish. I have over $20K invested - if I cannot sell it for the reserve, I will finish it. The reserve price is less than what I have invested in it. **Note: The trailer I ws to haul with this truck is also on Ebay for sale right now......my loss, your gain.*** Email with any questions.
