Thank you! 1929 FORD MODEL A TUPE 54-A I am pleased to offer this wonderful rust free 1929 Model A Sports Coupe. The porthole (is this the original Thunderbird?) was used only on the 1929 Model A’s which makes this Ford very unusual indeed. This Model A was acquired by a collector here in KY from a likewise collector out of California. I could not tell you if this Model A is originally from California but I can tell you that it is as solid as they get. Another feature which helps its value is the factory rumble seat. I do not know if you would consider this a Deluxe or not but it does have the dual tail lamps, chrome instrument cluster and chrome windshield frame. In describing this car I would call the paint a 6 on a scale of 1-10. There are a lot of chips on the fenders and impurities on the rumble seat lid. The fabric top is beautiful with great color and no tears. The interior is excellent with a lot of nice detail including the interior of the roof and the rumble seat area. The engine needs to be detailed but everything seems to be in place and it runs great. The running boards are excellent. The wire wheels are excellent but I would suggest new tires, as there is some checking on the sidewalls however, the tread is great. The undercarriage is superb as you can see in the pictures. Again no rust out anywhere. The pictures provided should help with your decision but I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
