Thank you! 1969 BUICK RIVIERA GRAN SPORT I am pleased to offer this incredible 1969 Buick Riviera Gran Sport. This is a total body off the frame rotisserie, every nut and bold restoration. I have owned this car since 2008. This has always been a southern car so absolutely no rust from salt damage. The restoration was completed in the mid to late nineties and has traveled few miles since. I have driven this Riviera less than 100 miles since my ownership. At the time I purchased this Riviera I was told it was a one owner car to 2000, second owner till 2008 then myself. I do not have any documents or paper trail before 2000. I have taken many undercarriage shots to show the extent of the restoration and to relate its show condition. I have also taken appropriate interior shots to provide evidence of it show condition. I likewise am showing the extensive underhood detail also show condition. I rate all three areas as number one condition. The exterior paint is the only let down. There is some checking on the rear deck lid and upper portions of the rear quarter panels. There is a small ding near the antenna base. These flaws are the only element keeping this Riviera from being a Pebble Beach Concours quality car. Mechanically I am unaware of any faults except for a stubborn fuel gauge. A new fuel pump was installed several years ago and I suspect the fuel gauge sending unit was disturbed. I have not serviced this Riviera in a while but there are no leaks, starts and runs beautifully, stops correctly (new brake linings, probably at the time of restoration) all windows work as do most minor elements such as the interior lights etc. The A/C is not coming on but it functioned correctly last summer. I have not checked any fuses. This Riviera is equipped with the Gran Sport GS package, 3:42 positraction rear end, factory A/C, tilt wheel, power windows, center console shift with bucket seats, AM/FM radio, power steering, power brakes and of course RD code 430 cubic inch 340 horsepower V8 coupled to a turbo 400 hydomatic transmission. The tires are new as of last week. Other points of interest are the fact that this is a matching numbers car and the front and rear bumpers have been replated (ultra show chrome) just within the last few months.
