Hello Bidders and thank you for viewing my auction!! Make me an offer! I will add pictures as soon as I get a chance. The main stuff: You're bidding on my 2002 Volkswagon Beetle Turbo S. Manual 6 Speed. This vehicle needs an engine, otherwise it is in very good condition and has been well taken care of. # 4 does not get compression and the piston has a hole in it from what I am told by the dealership. Transmission shifts smoothly, brakes stop fast and power steering turns effortlessly. Gets excellent gas mileage. I am the second owner of this vehicle. Not smoked in. No pets. The car has a sliding sunroof, heated seats, and the factory AM/FM radio/Tape Deck Player. Tires were bought in 2009 and the front ones have about 40-50% and the rear have about 50-60% tread left on them. Any other questions? Please emial me. Dealership states that a new engine for this vehicle installed is $4,350. I have seen engines for this on ebay for ~$1,700 for a do it yourselfer. Or it could be parted out as a lot of this vehicle is in real good shape. The KBB price of this vehicle in its current condition is Unknown as the vehicle needs a engine. Cosmetic Issues/defects: There is a small crack in the window on the passenger side from a pebble hitting it. There is some damage underneath the passenger door. The front grill has minor damage but can be easily fixed. And there is a crack on the rear bumper near the driver side. Interior is in excellent condition for the vehicles age, no issues. The Legal Stuff: •Paypal Deposit of $100 to secure vehicle is due within 48 hours of auction close. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction close by cash, money order, check, or wire transfer. If a check, the funds must be verified by the bank prior to transferring ownership and handing over the signed title.
