Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my own personal, daily driver. It is a 1994 K1500 GMC Suburban SLE 4WD, 167,740 miles, 350 (5.7 L) V-8 4x4 in fantastic shape. Mostly stock, but with great improvements that aren't tacky. It has the OEM manuals, and a stack of records over 2" thick, showing every repair or scheduled maintenance since 1994. Everything works great. This truck has always had Mobil 1 synthetic oil. All windows operate, locks work, both front and rear A/C and heat work great. The door and hatch seals look brand new, all around the truck. It was garaged for the first 16 years of it's life. Starts up quick, idles great, shifts firm, and rides smooth through all speeds. This truck was a special order from the factory back in '94, by an older gentleman in Wisconsin. He passed it on to his son, who sold it to me. It comes with: ALL NEW brakes (master cylinder, disks, drums, pads, shoes, and hardware) NEW mud and snow tires (DESTINATION A/T's) Rear A/C and heat (front and rear controllers) NEW Rancho RS5000 front shocks NEW coilover rear shocks (adds 1000 pounds of capacity) NEW polyurethane suspension bushings 2" suspension lift OEM posi-traction rear differential Newer OEM radiator Newer OEM transfer case Professionally installed sound system, with TWO amps and 10" subwoofers hidden in the tailgate. Also has a CD changer with FM relay, stock head unit with cassette and EQ. Super bright SMD LED lighting (all maps and interior) Blue LED gauge lights (OEM bulb replacement) NEW black tube steps with rubber guards Black Crystal headlights, taillights, and front turn signals Limo black tint all the way around, front windows are lighter Period correct compass mirror 17" 2001 GMC Denali wheels, 6 spoke star alloys Custom exhaust (meaty tone, but not overly loud) K&N air filer (free can of spray oil) NEW fuel filter Quad fog lights Towing package WITH trailer braking system (7 pin) OEM fender flares (SLE only) Circa 1990's cell phone unit installed, missing handset Red Top Optima gel-cell battery CLEAN and CLEAR, NOTARIZED Arizona title in hand FLAWS: Passenger side mirror has a piece of tape on the bottom Courtesy mirrors in visors are loose Third row leather seat not currently with vehicle (located in Arizona, but I can retrieve for buyer at later date) CD Changer powers up and takes the tray, but remote doesn't function (could be something simple) Windshield washer fluid pump does not always work Tiny tear in headliner above rear seats Slight paint fading on hood (in front of defroster vents) Scratch on bumper, see pics Slow oil leak from Rear Seal (told this is common on these by mechanic) Light paint peeling on left rear door, see pics Shifter lever spring getting old Small section of tape protecting "rub" area of driver's seat Front speaker cover has slight crack Despite these minor flaws, this truck will surpass your expectations. I am including everything I can think of, to give you an idea of the condition of this truck. You won't be disappointed. The 4x4 operates great, and has automatic hubs. It does great in the snow, or the desert dirt roads. I wouldn't be selling it if I didn't have to, due to finances. Details: Zero or low feedback bidders must email me with a hardline phone number BEFORE they place a bid. No number, no zero feedbacker bid, sorry. I would prefer 100% positives otherwise, but I understand if your account isn't perfect...just message me anyway. Communication can't hurt. I am located in Redstone, Colorado, and the truck is perfectly drivable to anywhere physics allows. The truck needs to be picked up no more than 7 days from the end of the auction. I can help deliver it, provided that it is paid in full beforehand. I can pick you up from the Aspen airport, if you are flying in to drive it home. There is a $200 Immediate Paypal deposit required at the end of the auction, so that I know you are serious. The remainder should be in cash, in person. I will hand you the notarized title at that time, and can draw up a simple Bill of Sale, should you need one. No warranty is implied or given, this vehicle is sold "As-Is" and where-is. As always, NO RESERVE!
