I purchased this vehicle in December of 2010 for a family member. Although she loved the car, she preferred a smaller car and purchased another car later on last spring. Car has been garage kept. Based on it's clean conditon, I would assume that this car was garage kept by the previous owner. Clean CarFax, no accidents, original paint. Every option works on this car except for the cruise control. Never had it checked and did not mind it not working. Loved to drive the car to the beach and mountains in North Carolina. Drives like a dream, no issues in driveability. Equipment: 5.3l V12 FI SOHC - In top running condtion. All services are current. Rear Wheel Drive Power Soft Top Convertible Power windows Power locks Air Condition - Works perfectly and ICE COLD! AM/FM Stereo with Cassette. Original to car with codes. Heated leather seats Cruise - currently inop Glossy Red Exterior with Tan Leather Interior. The original paint is in excellent condition. Pics were taken on a partly cloudy day which shows reflections of the clouds in the paint in some pics. No issues with paint or fading. Nice solid red color throughout this Jaguar, original to car. If you are obtaining a loan, bank approval will be needed prior to bidding. This is a private auction setting. Only disclosure: When I purchased this car, it had a little over 48K original miles. Last month I was having problems with the Speedometer. I took it to a service center that has a Jaguar Certified Technican to review the problem. The solution was to locate a new speedometer. Not many available in the market, but was able to secure a match. The only problem is that the new head has miles showing 33K miles. I accepted the change. At the time of change the car had 49,509 miles. The new speedometer has 33,676 miles. Odometer Disclosures does not apply to a motor vehicle that is 10 years old or older in the state of North Carolina. This can be verified in Section 1, Chapter 3 - Page 5 Independent Title Documents in the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles.
