Vin No. FC30164LMileage: 79,548Original 1964 Mark IV Spitfire. Been sitting in a barn since 1980. Look at inspection sticker.Excellent condition for restoration, wont find many like this! Purchased this car from the original owners' grandson. He purchased it new from a major auto show, possibly Detroit. Or California or New York. Still have the original title, with only 96 miles on it. Car was originally black; owner pained it red. Looks to be 100% original accept the seats, and is missing one hub cap.Has original spare tire, tonneau cover (does have holes).Engine was rebuilt and we have many receipts from work done over the years. We did put WD-40 in all cylinders at present time; one piston is seized. We work with it everyday though, engine might free up; but still sold AS IS!! Car and frame look solid. Does have some rust spots (please look at all photos carefully). Quarter panels feel good, rockers have possibly been repaired in the past.Battery box was replaced with an aftermarket one. Clutch and gas pedal still work. Brake cylinder is not seized but has no fluid in it.Please note; LOL we left some straw and barn depri underneath rear trunk deck ledge. Excellent example of early Triumph History!!! This car is sold AS IS, Where Is. You may inspect this car at our store, or have someone else to inspect.
