This is MY personal car... In addition to the title, if you wish you may also have a Bill of Sale, copy of my driver's license and the title can also be faxed, emailed, or FedEx'd anywhere if it helps you. If the title gets lost, no problem...it's a $100 to get a duplicate which would NOT be possible if someone were illegally flipping a car not in titled in their nameLocated in Wellington, FL a bit over an hour north of Miami, 48 minutes north of Ft. Lauderdale, and 10 minutes to West Palm. The zip code is 33414. Wellington is an upscale world-recognized equestrian community near Palm Beach, FL.Free courtesy airport pickup from West Palm Beach International (PBI), Ft. Lauderdale International (FLL) and Miami International Airport (MIA) for those who wish to fly in and drive home. Also, courtesy car transport coordination is available to anywhere in the world through a preferred discounted shipping agent. Email thru eBay me for transport quote instructions...you'd be surprised how inexpensive it is to move a car across the country or world when you use the right channels who are working on repeat businessRuns and drives extremely well -- I would drive my car (this car) immediately across the country without doing anything thing to it, doesn't even need an oil change. Comes with 3/4 tank of fuel. Just get in it, turn the key and driveI'll include a longer description later when I provide the other photographs...This is not a "trailer queen show car" Neunelfer but would not take much to get it to that level if you choose to -- rather, this is a really superb condition driver. If you've been searching for one, you should strongly consider this one because it's difficult to find them this nice with so much extra included... It's a complete package that could make a stunning and unique gift for someone, or start/add to your collection, satisfy your interest from yesteryear, or be your new daily driverClick "Watch this item" and then check back later for more photographs, video and description addition Getting to know me, your seller: I let you know all of the following not to somehow impress you (not that it necessarily would), but rather only to convey that I have a reputation to uphold, which I also rely on for business purposes. That is important information for a buyer to know. I am an Ivy League graduate. I am in my late-30s. I am a serious fellow, and I've been on the national and local TV news giving unpaid and unsolicited financial market commentary; also been in major national newspapers and magazines doing the same. Most recently, I was on M S N B C, C N N, and in A A R P magazine. There is nothing being hidden about this Porsche, as so many people do in ads and auctions. You don't get 100% positive feedback over 12 years of registration by hiding things. If there is something you should know about the car of which I am aware, it's available to you in the auction. I go out of my way by shooting hundreds of photos not just of every imaginable angle, but also in multiple lighting conditions, even multiple cameras, and I did a video -- by doing this you don't have to rely on a seller's "interpretation" of characteristics of the car, but instead you can draw your own conclusions from what you see. My goal is that if you use everything I provide to you, you get a more thorough demonstration of the car than if you came to see a car in person. I also go out of my way to make sure people are satisfied. I work hard to make sure I get specific positive feedback comments; I don't take it lightly, and it means a lot to me. I look forward to getting to know you if you'd like me to (or if you'd like to buy the Porsche without me getting to know you, that's OK too!)! Use the combination of the photos, videos and text for full disclosure, with more emphasis on the photos and video as the description is clearly not intended to be exhaustive. As eBay says, a single picture is worth a thousand words. eBay strongly recommends the best practice of providing as many photos as possible and letting the photos do the talking, rather than trying to describe in words what can be seen in a photo or trying to recreate in words what already is in provided photos. That said, I will still gave you my impression of the Porsche's characteristics above as a secondary analysis. I have been registered on eBay nearly 12 years and have 100% positive feedback. If your impression of a picture/video differs from what I've written or said, then your opinion should govern your opinion. Any questions, message me through the eBay messaging system, which eBay indicates is always the preferred method of communication. I will answer promptly. I am a Management Consultant and recently got an opportunity outside the U.S. and my family has asked me to make garage space for them while I am away...I sold some other Porsches of mine in what was my collection in anticipation of this, and didn't expect to sell this one as it was the crown jewel of my collection. But, in collaboration with my family I made the decision also to sell this one. I a decade or so I may re-acquire another 911SC as they are indeed exceptional cars. The "whole package" of extras included and the uniquely beautiful Porsche make this the pinnacle of Porsche 911SC auctions. I wish the new owner unlimited and unending happiness with his or her new acquisition, and hope it goes to someone who appreciates it all.AUCTION RULES: Full payment is due within within 7 calendar days of auction ending by either cash in-person to be transacted at a bank during banking hours or bank wire transfer only. (Once you receive a fraudulent cashier's check from a buyer, you'll never accept another one either!) Pickup is also due within 14 calendar days, and may not occur until funds have cleared. Storage for the first 14 days is 100% FREE. There is a storage charge of $350/week beyond 14 days, and is limited to 2 extra weeks (for a total of 4 weeks of storage). You must read the entire auction description, follow the rules, and study each picture and video fully. I do not offer any kind of a warranty on anything that I sell, ever, as a matter of personal philosophy -- this Porsche is As Is with no warranty. You get the Porsche as pictured, captured in the video, and described, a clean a clear Florida title, a Bill of Sale and copy of my Driver's License if you wish, the front real German license plate, the rear 1983 Florida License Plate, 3/4 tank of fuel, records, books, memorabilia, 911 RC Cars, documentation, ads, parts, brochures, etc., as mentioned or seen in pictures, presentation and shop manual binders, and two keys.Ladies and gentlemen, I asserted above that I would give you 1,000 pictures. So far I have 800 or so to present to you immediately below this text. I haven't taken pictures of the extras included with the auction yet, so those will come below this set of 800 when I complete them. I don't know if I'll reach 1,000 pictures...it'll probably end up being 900 or so. The following slideshow automatically displays the first 100 of the approximately 800 available pictures in this album. To view the remainder of them, and to be able to zoom in, etc., right-click near the bottom of slideshow window where it says "View all" and select "Open in new window" or "Open in new tab." That will keep this auction page open while you are viewing the pictures in a separate web browser window or tab: The following video is a demonstration of the Porsche. In the movie you'll see a cold start, warm starts, door-open/close, trunk/hood operation, driving, maneuvering, shifting, braking, city/highway driving, and even night driving. In the following movie and photo slideshow I go over the books, memorabilia, brochures, ads, etc., included. There is so much to cover the video is nearly half an hour long. This video & slideshow do not include the include OEM parts and other hardware (such the the RC cars, metal badges) included which I will add later in a list, video, or photo slideshow. A few things to mention about the car:It has a short-shifter upgrade kit installed, which is great (rather than the a sloppy factory shifter)It has stainless/aluminum door entry sills upgrade (rather than the rubber factory trim)The instrument gauges are not milky & faded as so many are (they were upgraded to silver-perimeter gauge lenses that look fantastic...they all work, including clock)The car doesn't leak oil on the ground after sitting for 2 weeks...whether you can look with a microscope and find seepage around the seals of the engine I do not know. The chain tensioners have been upgraded to hydraulic Carrera tensioners, which you can see in the photosThe electric sideview mirror adjustments are not working (could be a fuse, I have not investigated it)Sun visors have been redone with a sliding vanity mirrors and are nice (they are not puffy/crunchy as originals are)The rear targa seal has to be taken off and re-glued in place (This isn't something you have to take to get done...you can do it yourself with 20 minutes of work and a tube of adhesive -- it basically seals the way it is now but you can see in the photos it has some waves in the rubber as it wasn't seated perfectly straight when it was glued). The Fuchs® wheels are real Porsche wheels, not a reproduction (they have the Porsche logo and number on their reverse sides)The antenna is carbon fiberTarga top is newerThe dashboard is not a coverlay; it's a real dash padAnd now for the movie and slideshow covering the brochures, books, etc.: I think this will be the last picture set/list -- it's the spare parts which I will primarily list here in text rather than photographing each item. Before listing those I want to mention that the the AC system has a new leak in the condenser (that's the big flat thing in the engine compartment, mounted on the underside of the engine cover) so you'll have to have someone put a spot of aluminum weld on that or otherwise fix the leak to have AC run cold again. I also wanted to mention there is a pop-off valve installed in the airbox which is an essential upgrade, according to many. Without further ado, here is a list of included spare parts, components and other hardware bonuses:1) Original white headlight trim rings for U.S.-DOT headlights with Bosch H4 composite headlight conversions included2) Seat belt set front and rear3) Two new foot pedal pads in rubber4) Mann fuel filter new old stock in box5) Knecht Mahle fuel filter unused, not in box6) Knecht oil filter new old stock in box7) Two Deusentrager Porsche brand headlight sprayer nozzles, new in labeled Porsche bags with part numbers8) New in bag thermoswitch sensor with coil9) Used gas cap spill and drip rubber collar10) Approximately 50 (fifty) aluminum lug nuts, some black/anodized, some polished aluminum, also includes some locking lug nuts with a keyed lock tumbler through the center11) Unused Porsche fuel pump12) Unused Bosch ignitiion coil and mounting strap with correct warning decal13) Porsche OEM (99% sure) lug wrench, about 10" long with right-angle14) Used and untested 180W AIWA AM/FM/CD stereo receiver15) Replacement rear bumper bellows (black rubber flexible "accordions") uncracked/used16) Two large rear bumper rubber with embedded license plate light assemblies17) Two (driver side and passenger side) white side-view mirror assemblies18) One split repairable Bosch driver side tail light lens19) Another used gas filler drip/spill guard (used, different style than the one above in #9)20) New old stock unused replacement clutch cable21) Two metal grille badges: A) 3"-4" Porsche crest/shield, B) 3"-4" Porsche Club of America badge22) Various seals, window seals, etc.23) Porsche dealer-purchased new in box Porsche crest metal tire valve caps24) Rear engine cover black grille, used, excellent condition25) Door map pocket, carpeted26) 1982 Florida license plate (in addition to the '83 Florida plate that's on the car)27) Radio Controlled Porsche 911 #1 (complete, in partial original box)28) Radio Controlled Porsche 911 #2 (new unopened) A few selected pictures of these included things: At this point I've completed the description. There's a little less fuel in the car now....expect about a 1/2-tank. Of course I will update the auction if there are any updates...I don't expect any updates though. Everything included in the auction will fit snuggly packed inside the car. I will not be driving the car through the duration of the auction. I wish you the best of luck in the competitive bidding to win the auction...
