For sale is a 1965 Mustang Fastback A code This car started out as a fastback with a 289 and was turned into a GT 350 Shelby. This car was built in Oct. of 2000 and has around 37,000 miles, It has a 1972 block 302 engine with 1968 c heads board 30 over with mild cam and roller tip rockers.( so it it run's on 87 octane unleaded gas ) It has a high rise intake with a 4 barrel holley 600 carb. Full lenth hooker headers, vintage air conditioning with new style freon, C 4 transmission (3 speed automatic), front disc brakes, 2.73 rear end (about 18 mpg), nice stereo with CD and speakers. It has a power antenna, shaved door handles with remote openers, shelby R front valance, tail lights, upper and lower side scoops ( I also have the original vent's), shelby front coil springs and sway bar, hood scoop, pop open gas cap, new 160 speedometer and gauges( I also have the original gauges), new dash pad, door panels, carpet, head liner, seats front and back with the fold down back seat and trap door to the trunk. It has like new tires, original console with a hip hugger arm rest, LeCarra leather steering wheel, rear spoiler, bullet mirrors, dual exhaust. All front and rear frames are solid as a rock, floors are solid, tork boxes and trunk are all solid.and as far as I can tell are original. Paint is not show quality but is very decent.This car was originaly from Arizona. So I don't think it has ever seen snow or salt. The Vin on the front fender and door matches the Vin on the car. The rim's have a little rust on them. Serious bidders only.
