We specialize in antique cars and parts.1974 MGB CONVERTABLE This car was purchased at a charity auction and was donated there from the original owners family in Virgina. It is now under our name and has a current PA title. We have installed a new starter and battery as well as all new fluids throughout. The car starts right up. The engine has also been recently rebuilt, however we have no records of the work. It has even and consistant compression; 150 +/- 5% in all cylinders and does not overheat. The cars sounds and runs strong. The carbs look like they have been worked on and has aftermarket headers, head looks like it has also had work done. The clutch is strong and tramsmissions shifts tightly, rearend also feels solid. The brakes have had some work, please look at photos; new lines, calipers, cars stops well. The car also has newer tires, aftermarket air cleaner system, rear shock conversion, rebuilt front shocks, a new gas sending unit, the original spare tire and jack, and the RARE factory trailor hitch. The body is solid for age. The original floors are starting to show signs of rust, the rockes look solid. This would make a great restoration with minimal cost. Please look at all photos closely, as we are selling a used car, AS IS, WHERE IS. You are welcome to inspect this car or have someone inspect it at our facility. Any problems, missed marks, scratches, etc; that we may have missed are completely unintentional. We work with all customers, and will do our best to correct any situation.
