Just acquired this bike from the original owners daughter-in law. It is a true 2,945 actual mile 1972 GT750. Bought new May 20, 1972 the owner never really rode the bike, but just kept it in his garage. In 1976, he gave it to his son, who kept it until his death a couple years ago. We bought it from his wife. The bike is in absolutely gorgeous original condition, as would be expected for being a garage queen it's whole life. The paint retains it deep luster as was new. No dings, dents or scratches in the paint. When I arrived at the house, the bike was covered in blankets. Seat is like new as is the chrome, with the exception of some minor pitting on the wheels. Bike runs well. It still has the original tires, while not dry rotted, they are old and we would recommend replacing them if you plan on riding it any distances. It comes with ALL of the original paperwork, including bill of sale, warranty books, AMA application, owners manual, warranty card and mint original tool kit.
