Up for your consideration is a rare 1974 VW bus/vanagon that has an Automatic transmission. We are the second owner of this bus.This is a non walk through bus. We have restored 90% of it to include all new grey upholstery with yellow accents. We had the VW logo embroidered into the front headrests for a classy look. The bus has four new matching tires, new headliner, new rebuilt engine, new carpet, new winshield, new window rubber, new rewiring harness, new CD/radio and speakers, new handles, new light fixtures in and out, new chrome bumpers and more. We had this bus sandblasted prior to a professional paint job in the original cream/yellow VW paint by a local repair shop. The paint job is beautiful yet due to the sandblasting there is a wave look down the sides of the bus. Still looks great. BRINGS CONVERSATIONS ABOUT IT AND WAVING/HONKING EVERY WHERE WE GO. the bus drives excellent and I woud not be afraid to drive it anywhere. Some of the few things we feel need to be done are new seatbelts, the heating control levers need to be connected and we have the original air conditioning unot that came with the bus if you chose to install it. We are very proud of how this bus turned out and are sorry that our finances force us to sell some of our toys.
