I am listing this truck for uncle Phil, a 1987 Chevrolet 4-wheel drive truck. Uncle Phil purchased this truck in 1990 with 37,000 miles from a local Lancaster Pa, Jones Pontiac Dealership. Uncle Phil is a fanatic about maintainence & alway parked his truck away from others as he hated door dings. The truck was alway a daily driver but in recent years Phil at 77 years old is having difficulty getting in & out of his truck so it is time for a new owner. This 1987 Chevrolet truck is a Custom Deluxe model with short fleetside bed, V8 305 fuel injected engine with heavy duty 4 speed manual transmission with creeper gear, chrome bumpers & side mirrors. The 1987 Chevy truck is unique with last last year of this body style & 1 st year for fuel injection. The truck is very solid with almost no rust, has most of its original factory applied paint but it is fading & peeling on the tops. No dings, dents & to my knowledge never in an accident. Inside of bed is super clean. The interior is clean but dash pad is cracked & seat has small tear. I am a professional mechanic & performed most of the work it needed over the years. Phil always changed the oil at 3,000 miles or less. I can remember replacing the intake gasket decade + ago, hydraulic clutch cylinders, radiator & routine items such as brakes & tuneups. Front tires are nearly new & the rear are about 5 years olds but good. The truck is currently in good running condition with no known problems. The truck runs, drives, stops & handles very well.
