VIN Plates read as follows; Chevrolet DD: 40837 S 116198 Engine Casting Number: 3969854 Engine #TO902CLB111102717 Identification Plate: Style H22-64/837 Trim 490BA Body 55958 Paint 916AA. History This corvette belongs to a personal friend of mine who is selling it due to health issues. It has been in his family since the early 1970's. I personally have had this car in my possession for over 9 months; driving it around occasionally, and keeping up with all the maintenance. This car will set you back in your seat! It's fun to drive, and a real head turner; especially at a good price!! This car was an on-frame restoration (have all the receipts/records), and was done by; Mascari Auto Body Inc. Allison Park, Pennsylvania. Over $ 75,000 dollars was spent on this car, and has barely been driven since restoration (less than 500 miles!). Cars Restoration was completed in 2006. Listed below is some of the work done during restoration; Car stripped, any damaged panels were replaced with originals and painted. New interior, carpet, seats, door panels, weather stripping, front and rear bumpers, factory knock offs, side pipes, exhaust, starter, brake master cylinder, clutch fan, hood, hood hinges/support, shocks, upper and lower control arm bushings, ball joints, front and rear brakes, K&M Air Filter, new grill, redone radiator, and lots of other parts!! Engine was rebuilt by; Quinn Performance Race Engines Q.P. 396 425 Horsepower 4 Speed with Hurst shifter assembly. Details Mileage 41,291 Has drum brakes; no power brakes, steering, or windows. Does have the original Wonderbar Radio Assembly. Stock tach drive distributor. Fresh tune up!! Headlights line up and function properly. Tires are Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S: 215/65 R 15 Color of car is Daytona Blue. Thank you for looking!! This vehicle is located at our store.
