Thank you! 1967 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD SIXTY SPECIAL I am pleased to offer this one family owned original 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty Special. I will not go into a great deal of dialog concerning the body as it is the original paint that is very nice in some areas but poor on all top surfaces. There is no rust other than areas due to chipped paint. Please view the pictures carefully as it will pretty much tell the story. We do have some of the missing letters where Fleetwood is spelled out. All of the glass is original and superb. There was some very minor damage to the left front fender which was repaired years ago. We have the invoice for it. The chrome is exceptional for the age and because of other well preserved areas I have concluded that it has always been garaged. The interior is simply marvelous. The only sore point is a tear in the leather on the bottom front cushion at the center. A quality trim shop could replace that piece. This Cadillac has all the important amenities. Factory climate control which works but not at the control panel, factory cruise control, factory guidematic, power windows including all four vents, AM wonderbar radio, remote drivers mirror and 6 way power front seat. We have all of the books including the protecto plate, and even have the original showroom brochure. The trunk is immaculate and includes what I think is the original spare and all of the jacks and tools as well as the tire wedge block. This Cadillac is eligible for a Concours survivor or preservation class but frankly new paint would make this a world class car. Last but not least we have assured that it starts and runs well. We replaced the starter, minor tune up and have driven it approximately 50 trouble free miles. All four tires are Michelins that appear to be excellent. Just a quick note about the history. This Cadillac was purchased by Angela Brock, January 20th 1967 from Dixie McKinley Cadillac here in Lexington, KY. Ms. Brock, wife of Dan Brock owner of the Brock McVey Plumbing Supply Co. drove this Fleetwood until 1999 when she passed it on to Fred Moore her son-in-law. Although this ownership history may have no meaning to you it is of historic importance to anyone from the central KY area as both Brock McVey and the Fred Moore Music Co. are hollowed institutions.
