This is a restored and customized 1939 Plymouth Chop Top Hemi Coupe that will definitely impress. This car is one of America's most desirable classic cars and is a lost art of yearly automotive design and hand built production. This is a perfect example of what is missing in today's automobiles. This Plymouth Coupe is powered by a 1957 392 Hemi V8 engine with 2-4 barrel Edelbrock carbs, Billet intake scoop, polished aluminum valve covers, CNC aluminum brake reservoir, aluminum fan shroud, Summit fuel pressure gauge, chrome alternator, Billet dip stick and more. The transmission is a 700R 4-speed automatic with Pro Street 433 gears linked up to a 9" narrowed Ford rear end. The motor starts, sounds and runs excellent! This car does not overheat or run hot. The odometer reads 18,877 miles but as is the case with most custom classics, is not actual miles. This classic icon features custom front bucket Ultra-Leather Corvette seats and a floor console. Power options on this car include the suicide doors, windows, coil vent, trunk and seats. The seats have been upholstered with a tan Ultra-Leather that looks spectacular. The headliner is a custom job as well and looks great. The extra clean tan carpeted floor finishes off the overall look of the interior. All of the interior trim also shows very well. The gauge cluster is is a dakota digital with fuel level, voltage meter, tachometer MPH, oil pressure, and water temp. This Custom has also been treated to an Pioneer Premier CD sound system with 4 Pioneer speakers and a Coustic 480 watt 4-channel amplifier. For added creature comforts this Plymouth has been equipped with an air conditioning system that blows ice cold air. The interior truly looks great and shows absolutely no signs of abuse. The steel exterior of this Plymouth is a tribute to American muscle with strong body lines that capture your soul. This car has been chopped 3 1/2 inches to give it that devilish custom look and the rear doors have been modified into power suicide doors. This car has also been outfitted with 4-wheel disc brakes and a Nova front end with power rack and pinion steering. The Pearl White and Metallic Orange flame paint scheme looks absolutely amazing! At close inspection there are some imperfections as this car is not a show car but a beautiful custom that will look great for years to come.
