Up for sale here is a 1977 Trans Am with 71K original miles and a 4 speed tranny. The title has 52K miles on it from 1981 when the owner had it retitled in SC. It has been sitting under some trees for 22 years. The dash has No cracks and is black.The steering wheel is in nice shape with No dry places. The Floor boards will need replacing. The LH fender , Hood and Radiator support will Need to be replaced from rust. The TA was found just as you see it and has not been cleaned. The console has some trash on it and there is No damage to the console. This TA has all the original parts. It has all the AC parts and PS parts. It has all the Hood scoop and duct work going into the breather also. It has the original posi rear end, probably 3:08 but we would have to check. I have an OK hood that we will give with the car. No reserve !!On Jan-12-11 at 18:44:39 PST, seller added the following information: We turned the motor today and it turn freely so the 400 engine is not seised up. It also has factory Chrome valve covers and so Pontiac says that engine has 20 more HP than the standard 400 that came in the TA's. It has the deluxe seats but the thin wire under the bottom of the driver seat has rusted into but that is common, it can be replaced with bailer wire. All of the rear seat panels are white so they have dryed out and are falling apart which is common, only black does not dry out and fall apart. This car came from Pontiac with a black dash, black console and carpet, white seats, white door panels and trim panels. If you have any questions email us.
