Another project that I will never finish. With that said , even tho this car does run, it will have to be trailered away, it can not be driven to New York in it's present condition. 1970 Mercury Cougar project car. According to the title this car came with a 351c motor but it now has a windsor motor. Motor runs fine , no smoke , no knocks , has headers and dual exhaust out the rear of the car. The Automatic trans will pull foward but not backwards, This being an Arizona car has little rust. However the passenger rear window was broken and after stitting the floor pan on the drivers side is rusted thru pretty bad. The passenger side floorpan has some small holes in it but could be repaired. I saw floorpans for this car here on ebay for $57 each side. There are 2 major dents , one on drivers rear corner and the other on drivers front fender above the tire. Both are pictured. There is surface rust on these due to the paint being removed. Rockers are solid , doors as well as the rest of the car are/is solid. Trunk is solid. Headlights open and close properly Door hinges are tight and the doors open and close nicely Good running 302/351W 2bbl , auto trans (needs rebuilt) and 9 inch rear axle Tires are cracked Roof.... Vinyl top has been removed , there are some pin holes in the sheetmetal but not bad. Radio is gone as well as the glovebox latch. Door panels are there , front and rear. windshield is cracked. Carpet and headliner are gone. Bucket seats and rear seat are there but need recovered. Clean and clear Arizona Title If I have missed any details you need just ask, I will answer quick.
