Exotic Sports Car/Replica Construction Agreement 1. Car to be built using a Pontiac Fiero chassis and designed to replicate exotic sports car depicted in attached pictures. 2. Chassis to be sandblasted, painted, and structurally reinforced with steel tubing for strength and safety. 3. Motor to be upgraded to GM 3800 Supercharged engine to produce additional horsepower. 4. Exhaust to be upgraded for increased horsepower and authentic sound. 5. Operating computer to be upgraded to accommodate additional horsepower and correct drivability. 6. Suspension to be upgraded for additional stability. 7. Brakes to be upgraded. 8. Features to be included a. Replica interior including professional upholstery with contrasting stitching and plain door panels and Carbon Fiber trim to replicate the interior depicted in photos. b. Alpine stereo with Bose speakers AM/FM-Bluetooth, and IPod hook up. c. Satellite navigation system with backup camera and 7-inch monitor. d. Power Windows. e. Keyless entry system. f. Remote door openers with power door latches. g. Working bat wings (mechanical side vents will be powered by a switch within cockpit.) h. Removable top (if selected.) i. Exotic sports car-replica V12 engine cover with clear bonnet. j. Exotic replica wheels with Carbon Fiber inserts. 9. Car to be professionally painted with custom finish to replica the car depicted in photos. Buyer may change color combination choices at any time prior to paint/upholstery work. 10. Pictures and videos of the progression will be supplied to buyer throughout the construction process. Also, buyer may visit the worksite at any time during construction. 11. Estimated completion time: 90-120 days from down payment. Car can be stored free of charge until desired delivery date. Cost of shipping is not included in the quoted price. 12. WARRANTY: Agreement is subject to satisfactory inspection of the completed vehicle prior to remittance of final payment. Car to be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and parts for a period of 6-months from date of title transfer. The car will comply with NYS requirements at the time of purchase and pass applicable inspections. Payment Structure: Down Payment: $7,500.00 Chassis & Drive Train Complete: $7,500.00 After 45-Days (Approx. 50% complete): $10,000.00 Final Payment: $13,500.00 (upon completion) Total Sale Price: $38,500.00
