Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes All Texas residents must pay state and local tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. All winning bidders are subject to a state Vehicle Inventory Tax of .00209 of the selling price.
