Thank you! 1970 BUICK RIVIERA GRAND SPORT TRIPLE BLACK Here is the one you have all been waiting for, a Triple Black 1970 Buick Riviera GS. Yes it is a Grand Sport. This is a matching numbers car with the correct 370 horsepower 455 cubic inch big block. As you know 1970 is the only year for this body style and this on has the rare full skirts and semi bucket seats. This Riviera has been lovingly restored to a very high level. The black paint blinds you in the sun and the vinyl top (also black) is excellent. The chrome is beautiful with near perfect front and rear bumpers. The side spears look new with no pitting which is rare. The glass is excellent with no chips or cracks. All of the stainless has been polished. The interior is beautiful with its unique bench seat with bucket style back rests. The headliner and door panels are free of any rips, tears or cracks. The door weather strips are new. The dash cover is like new with no cracks. There is some wear in the front driver’s side carpet that could easily be concealed with floor mats. The undercarriage is unrestored but very nice with no rust through or replaced sheet metal. The optional chrome Rallye wheels are like new with the correct center cones. The tires are near new. The under hood detail is lovely and it has the correct chrome air filter cover and large air intake. You will not find a more striking Riviera anywhere much less it being a Grand Sport. As much as this Riviera looks like 23,000 miles I will have to sell it as exempt. If you have any questions just ask. Thanks for looking.
