MGB Tourer Convertible served as student car in Seattle area in the 1980's & 1990's. Vehicle was maintained mechanically by professional shop with gearbox brought up to specs ($800 worth) and engine tuned to pass emissions tests in Washington State. Car has been garaged for several years and needs some upgrades to be brought up to driving shape including brake fluid, coolant, engine oil seal, exhaust pipe patch, new rear view mirrors, rubber wiper blades. Tires are very good, car has wire wheels. Accessories including luggage rack are chrome, and generally in good shape. Exterior paint is rough in spots, hood and front fender tops have slightly different shade of color, and there are several small dings on body. Top has some tears and back window is sunned and needs replacement. Trunk latch needs adjustment. Driver's seat is usable but rough, needs new cover or TLC. Passenger seat has one split seam. The balance of the interior needs substantial upgrading, although much of the original material is still present and could be worked on through the winter or replaced with modular parts according to the new owner's wishes. Windows work well and there are no glass defects.
