Vehicle Detail
1963 Studebaker Lark Cruiser 4 door, the cruiser is a rare model. The car has rare options like the vanity glove box, power steering and more. The car is over all very straight, just a few small dings, The front floors are rusted through and will need to be replaced. The rear lower corners of the front fenders, lower doors and the rockers are bubbling due to rust under the surface. Other than that the body is very good. Most all the trim is there and in good shape, just a few pieces with dings. All of the glass is good and there except the wing window from the drivers side, the frame is in the car though. The driverside front window has been removed and is in the car. The window regulator from the drivers side is missing. The hood is missing the hinges, it looks like parts to them are in the box of parts The interior needs restored, but most of it seems to be there, even the radio. The glove box is the one year only vanity box option, see the pictures. Under the hood is a stock 289 ci engine and automatic transmission. The engine runs good, I by passed the fuel line from the fuel tank, since I do not know how much crud has built up in this old tank. I would clean out the tank before using it. The transmission seems to work good, but I have not driven it since I got it due to the master cylinder being bad and brakes are not working. I do have an extra master cylinder that comes with the car, I don’t have time to install it. This car needs a restoration, would make a nice classic cruiser when done, I just don’t have time or money to do it. The car has a clear Oregon title, in my name, no title problems. Buyer makes $200.00 deposit at time of purchase, full payment must be received with it 7 days of the close of the auction. Pay pal payments or cash at time of pickup. I will accept cashiers checks or money orders, but I will not release the car for 14 days until they clear the banks.Buyer is responsible for all shipping, the car must be removed with in two weeks. If the car is not removed with in 2 weeks, I will charge $25.00 per day to store the car.
