Unlike all sedans the xtype utilizes components and construction more offten associated with top of the line luxury cars. The result is a more luxurious ride and better handling. Compaired to other sedans the jaguar xtype is more fuel efficent and maneuverable. Detailed with a AM/FM 6 CD Radio, dual power front seats, rear park sesors and more. The jaguar xtype has a distinguished front view sculpted to the familar elegant jaguar styling. Details: Slate Blue exterior, cream colored leather seats, large trunk with 6CD changer, Sport shift transmition. Car is in good running condition but the drivers side door handle is broken preventing it from opening. This apparently happens to jaguars often and there was a door recall for 2001 jaguars but not 2002's made after Feburary. I would love to check the month this car was made in to see if its covered by the recall, but the info is on the side of the drivers door so I cant find out. The engine runs great but may need a alignement soon according to the tire store. I have owned the car from 41,000miles when I bought it for $17,999. I always used premium gas, had the oil changed regularly with synthetic oil and added a K&N air filter. I have seen the engine light come on twice in the last year, it stayed on for a day or two then went back off. A mechanic friend said it was no big deal and when cars reach this mileage range sometimes the engine light will come on voluntarily. The sunroof works but the button sticks sometimes. Because I was worried about it sticking in the open position I havent used the sunroof in a while. I would say it works fine but have not tried it resently. It feels like you have to hold down the button extra hard to make the sunroof retract. The tires in the front are fairly new with good tread but the ones in the back have less and you will need new ones on back soon. There are no major scratches or dents. The front dash has a flaw because the air vent has popped up on one side and does not sit flush to the dash (check out pics.). The drivers door has another cosmetic flaw where the leather has popped up from under the door and needs to be glued down. The car has never given me any trouble I always had a warranty but that just ran up when the door handle broke so I haven't gotten it fixed. Without the warranty I need to sell the car and get something new. Please email me with any questions and I will try to answer them as best as possible. It has been a wonderful car to me and I hope it can make someone else happy. I'm still driving the car and as of today the odometer reads 95,922 but I have to drive it to store and work so I'm saying the odometer will be around 96,500 when it is sold. It could be a small bit more or less. I will be out of town from Friday Sept. 17th-Sunday19th so you couldnt pick the car up untill Monday the 20th. Thank You- God bless
