We are offering for auction a Honda S65 Sport Motorcycle. We recently purchased this Honda with a group of Hondas from a former owner of a Honda Dealership in Michigan. The mileage is extremely low (1,005 miles) that averages to less than twenty-five miles per year over the life of the motorcycle. We have listed this as a 1966 Honda S65, however if someone is more familiar with the VIN and yearly production and believe this to be a different year than 1966 please let us know. This is the scarce and desireable white Honda S65 as the majority were black or red and white was ordered the least. The paint is the original Honda factory paint and in nice condition. The gas tank may have been repainted sometime in the past. If so, the paint color is an excellent match as shown in the photos. The tanks badges are excellent and as new condition. The chrome is bright and nice there are some corrosion spots. The front rim chrome is very nice and there are some minor corrosion spots on the rear rim. As can be seen in the photos the chrome on the muffler and heat shields is excellent. The high and low beam head lamps work as does the tail lamp. The brake light is not currently working and we have not checked to see if it is the bulb or the switch. The horn works as Honda intended although these horns are not very loud. The speedometer works fine and judging from the overall condition of the S65 we believe the mileage to be correct. The motor starts easily and runs excellent. The clutch works smoothly and the transmission shifts through all four gears as Honda intended. The front and rear brakes also work fine. The battery is new. The seat is in very nice condition as shown in the photos. The front and rear tires are both NITTO and in very nice condition. We have provided many photos to provide the bidder with as much information as possible. We purchased this from the previous owner with a Bill of Sale, however we can supply a clear Michigan Title if needed by the winning bidder. Please ask any questions prior to bidding.
