Out-of-state buyers have two options when purchasing a vehicle from us. Option A: Buy & Ship This is our most popular option. We can facilitate the entire deal via email and FedEx. We handle every facet including Finance & Shipping. Cash Buyers get their paperwork sent via electronically. Once all the paperwork is done, we will arrange for your vehicle to be picked up and delivered directly to your door. We usually can get it picked up within 1-3 days and delivery takes about 2-4 days. Option B: Take Delivery here in Dallas-Ft. Worth If you would like to enjoy some time in sunny Dallas, Texas; then choose Option B. Take a few days and make a weekend trip of it. For that reason, we guarantee that the vehicle you purchase from us meets or exceeds your expectations, or we will refund your payment in full, less a $150 processing fee. Below is how it works... After securing the new vehicle purchase, either by a deposit or with full payment, buyer has one week to complete the transaction. Within that 7 day period, buyer may view, inspect, and test drive the vehicle personally or use a 3rd party service to insure that the vehicle meets their expectations, and that they are satisfied with the vehicle AS-IS. All must be done within 10 mile radius of our store. If for any reason the buyer is not completely satisfied with the outcome of the inspection, we will cancel the deal and refund all funds paid by the buyer, less $150 processing fee. Buyer must complete inspection before completing purchase and/or the vehicle leaves our facility. FEES & TAXES: All Texas Residents must pay applicable state and local tax, title and license fees. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax. Out of state cash buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. If you are an out of state buyer and going through our financing, we will collect your state tax and send it to your local DMV or tax office. All sales are subject to a $50 Documentary Fee and a $135 Admin fee for handling paperwork, filing titles, mailing and copying costs. Canadian Buyers For Canadian Pre-Owned Car Buyers: If the title is to be released at the time of delivery (which is pretty much mandatory to get your vehicle thru customs), bank to bank wire transfer is your quickest way to handle this transaction. If buyers payment is not a bank wire transfer, i.e., certified bank check or approved loan check, the title will only be released when all funds have cleared. Please keep in mind that the funds verification process can take several days. We will assist buyers with whatever documents you will need to clear Canadian customs, but knowing exactly which documents are required by your home province are the buyers responsibility. Engine block and cylinder heads are covered only if damaged by an internally lubricated part. Transmission Auto- All internally lubricated parts in the manual transmission plus bands, clutch pack and gears, vacuum modulator, pumps, valve body, torque converter, filter tube and dipstick, transmission pan, and side cover. The case/housing is only covered if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part. Since most of our inventory are late model vehicles with low miles, they usually are covered under the manufacturer warranty. Vehicles that have a factory warranty are covered by the manufacturer and not by our 90 day/ 3k Mile Powertrain.
