Vehicle Detail
Up for sales is my 1989 Mercedes Benz 560SEL. If you're reading this auction, you're probably already familiar with the fact that this car was Mercedes-Benz' Flagship vehicle. It was the last big body Mercedes luxury cruiser. This car was built for luxury, comfort, and perormance. The car is amazingly silent, yet poweful. The ride is silky smooth, with a "floating" sensation. Max Comfort & all the features you could ask for - not to mention this car has a very tough look to it. Triple Black! Black (charcoal) exterior, Black Interior/Seats, Black Carpeting -ALL-Leather BLACK Uphostlry (In great condition) -Power Doors / Windows / Locks (operate perfectly - no slow windows) -Cruise Control -Telescopic Steering Wheel (electronic) -Power Seats -Heated Seats -Power Moon Roof -Electronic Temperature Control -Full Size Spare Tire -5.6L Fuel-Injected V8 Gasoline Engine -4-speed Automatic Overdrive Transmission -Central Locking System -New Alpine CD Player with 6 Blaupunkt Speakers -New Battery -206K Miles This car is NOT in mint condition. It has, however, been well taken care of with minimal flaws. Take a look at the pictures, or come see for yourself & take it home. The rear seat doesn't recline. Also the rear seat heaters don't work (front ones work excellent). The mirrors have to be adjusted manually. The trunk is pre-wired for an amp to be installed. The ABS light stays on. I've taken lots of pictures, including pictures of any imperfections I came accross. I try to be as thorough as I can. A few small rust spots are pictured. Also note: The car has oversize michelen tires installed. If you drive it like a hot-rod, the tires might rub. I haven't had any issues, and I think it looks much better with the bigger tires. Please Note: Mint 560SEL's go for $7000+ Take a look for yourself - there are a couple like that listed on eBay right now. This one is in great working condition, is still a head turner, and is a fraction of the price. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Also, you or your mechanic are welcome to come inspect the car in person - contact me and we will make arrangements. EDIT: Notice the smalll dent just above the gas cap. From my understanding, this is the "Accident or Damage Reported" that shows up on the AutoCheck Vehicle History Report. The car doesn't appear to have been in any kind of collision, and as always, you're welcome to come check for yourself. And Finally, This car is also for sale locally, and I reserve the right to end the auction if it is sold.
