Up for sale I have a cute as a button 2000 Volkswagon Cabrio Convertable. The car is a tanish gold color on the exterior, with tan leather seats, and black interior. Has a black top. Top has no leaks. Brand new engine and transmission installed between 2007-2008, car now has 15,686 miles. Since I baught the car in 2007 or 2008, I have had installed a new powerstearing pump, new exhaust, 4 new tires (under 2 years old). The car has one small dent on driver side, and a missing door handle. Some lady hit my car in a parking lot, and I never cared to fix it, you can still access the car on the driver side by sticking your finger in the broken hole and pulling a small metal tab forward. I still have broken handle in my trunk. Has another small dent on passenger side where another lady ran a stop sign and bumped me. My boyfriend used sucktion cups to pull dents out as much as they would come. Small surface scratches on car in various places, not noticable unless looking for them. Some nice neighbor from my old neighborhood ripped off my antena, which I never paid the $20 for a new one. Has heated seats, and it works. AC stopped working afew weeks ago. The motor for the top to go up and down never worked for me, but its easy enough to do by hand. I never even knew the car had cruise control until the other day, I tryed to use it but either it doesnt work, or I wasnt doing it right. Car passed inspection this year, even with missing door handle, because I showed them how I just stick my finger in and can still open the door. (lots of people told me it looks easy to fix the handle, I just dont care anymore). I also had a new head unit installed. Car runs really well, does AWESOME on gas, even drives well in the snow!!!
