Vehicle Detail

Hello! We have been doing business on the internet since February 2001. Always a learning experience. We have tirelessly tried to find and fairly offer good deals while keeping the auction fun and the buying experience enjoyable. Our business hours are 9-6 EST, M-F and we are just a phone call away at 859.254.4363. Doug Rood or Karen Epley will be happy to address any questions/concerns/comments you might have. If you would rather you can certainly send an eBay message or email us at BlackhorseMotorWorks@windstream.net. Thank you! 1967 DODGE CORONET R/T 440 4 SP V8 SURE GRIP REAR END I am pleased to offer this true late sixties muscle car. This Dodge Coronet 2 door hardtop R/T 440 4 speed with bucket seats is the real thing. Let me take a few minutes of your time to tell you about this very rare car. First of all I want to cover the body condition. I have taken many pictures to document the condition and provide evidence of how rust free this car is. I found some paint bubbles on the very lowest part of the rear quarter and that is it. The undercarriage is fantastic. This Coronet was repainted some time back and the quality is average at best. There is no damage to the body. No dents, scrapes or even large dings. The glass is excellent. The windshield is free of any chips or cracks. All of the stainless is nice. The bumpers are original however, the chrome is some what faded. The grill is excellent. The interior is a knockout. The seats are free of any rips, tears or cracking. The dash is superb. Now the tough part. As much as I can determine all of the running gear is original. I will be glad to pull any numbers just tell me what to look for as I do not have good familiarity with Chrysler codes. The engine has a knocking sound. I had a professional hear it run but he could not tell if it was cam/lifter noise or deeper as in a wrist pin or even rod bearing. Regardless the engine will need to come apart and repaired. Because of the noise I can not tell you how well the transmission does or even if there is any rear end issues. I think not but I just do not want to drive it. If there is anything specifically that you need to know then just email or call. This can be a killer car and the perfect one to do an easy restoration. It certainly has the right stuff and has not been altered other than an electric fuel pump added. Good luck and thanks for looking. < BE SURE TO TAKE YOUR TIME AND SCROLL THROUGH ALL THE PHOTOS 62 IN ALL. THEY MAY REQUIRE SOME LOAD TIME. We are professionals in the business of selling quality vehicles. We take our eBay auctions very seriously and reserve our auctions for qualified, registered bidders within the eBay community. Please remember, this is a used car, which as nice as it may be, is not prefect. We strive to deliver accurate descriptions, but it is possible to miss small deficiencies (i.e. missing lighters, key fobs, CD cartridges, manuals, etc.) and will not be held liable for these minor misnomers. All or our vehicles are sold AS IS/WHERE IS and come with no warranties, expressed or implied, unless otherwise stated. *NOTICE* Due to a high incidence of online fraud we must caution all bidders to contact us via phone or email before responding to any offers. Do not respond to any requests that do not have our email address, particularly SECOND CHANCE OFFERS. Do not be tempted by any unusually attractive (low) buying figure.
