US buyers only.Im selling my 73 240z. mileage is unknown, it says 83,000 but who knows if it has rolled over. I purchased a few Zs from a friend and am selling this one in order to help fund the restoration of another one. This car is the best, most complete one I purchased from him, its all together and perfect for a restoration. Typical barn find scenario, been sitting for who knows how many years. The engine turns with a socket wrench and feels like it has compression. The fuel tank is also empty which is nice. I have not tried to start it.The body is quite nice relative to a lot that I have seen from my years of dealing with these cars. Battery tray, rear wheel arches, rear wheel spats, spare tire well, rear apron, rockers, frame rails, pinch welds, and most of the other sheet metal is all intact and not rusted out. There are areas like the front of the rear wheel wells AKA doglegs that should be replaced, at least on the drivers side. The lower fender on the passenger side needs replaced as does a few areas on the doors and floor. This is all very common and relatively easy areas to repair since replacement sheet metal panels are easily available and inexpensive. I took plenty of pictures of the car on my lift.Interior needs restored as well, but is mostly complete. This is an AC car and appears to have all the parts. In general this car is an excellent candidate for restoration, the body wouldn’t take any more work than any other 240z out there and all the important metal is all intact and undamaged. The value of the 240z is going up every year and restorable examples are getting harder and harder to find. Will obviously need to be trailered. I can deliver up to 50 miles of SLC, UT for free.
