TECH NOTE: Jetted richer for modern fuel + uni air filters. Install new OE style mirrors Remove + replace drive chain, adjust slack, adjust rear brakes Remove/ dissasemble/ clean rear brake light switch, reinstall + adjust Remove front wheel to replace brake shoes; sand + clean drum, reinstall wheel, adjust brake lever free play. Dissasemble throttle housing to clean bars + throttle pipe, lube cables, assemble and adjust cable syncronization & free play Clean + lube clutch and front brake cables, set freeplay (TECH SUGGESTED NEW $30 FRONT BRAKE CABLE) Set tire pressures to spec Clean + lube tach cable (UPPER CABLE NUT BROKEN, TEMPORARY REPAIR WITH SHRINK TUBE. (TECH SUGGESTED NEW $30 TACH CABLE) Warm engine + set mixture screws/ idle speed, confirm proper operation of all elextrical functions, dissasemble + clean left switch assembly to fix horn button.
