Meet Cherries Jubilee: a good, sturdy, reliable 1997 Toyota Camry (V6) that has been a total creampuff. She has just shy of 89,000 miles on her.I am selling because she needs new brakes and brake lines, and was quoted $900 to fix these things. She is not currently a drivable car, and will need to be towed to her next destination because the brakes/brake lines require replacement. But, as Camry loyalists know, these older Camrys easily run into the hundreds of thousands of miles with good care.History: Cherries has had two owners, and has never been in an accident. I purchased this car from Hoselton in May of 2011. The car had only 20,000 miles at the time, and had been owned by an elderly woman who stored the car in a heated garage on a carpet (seriously). As such, the car was like new!In the past approximately four years, I've replaced the battery and the starter. She got two new tires in late 2017. I've been religious about regular oil changes. Her heat works fine and her air conditioning is deliciously cold.Outside, cosmetically, she is in good condition for her age. Has some mild rusting around the rear tires (more severe on the right side--see photo) and just typical, minor scratching from use. Inside is in decent shape...could definitely benefit from a cleaning...some minor surface stains on the cloth seats, and the dash/console could use a scrub down to get rid of the dust and debris.She had an inspection in May of this year and passed with flying colors. Turn signals, brake lights, head lights, cruise control, automatic windows and locks all work great. Radio works; tape deck works in the warmer months...doesn't play in winter.Legalities: All easy. Clean title, car is long paid off, and she's ready for a loving new home. I have the original manual and a copy of the 2011 Hoselton sale documentation.
