The Ford LTD is a range of automobiles manufactured by Ford Motor Company for the 1965 to 1986 model years. Introduced as the highest trim of the full-size Ford model range, the Ford LTD introduced options and features normally reserved for luxury brands (such as the Lincoln brand). The largest vehicle produced by Ford in North America for most of its production, the LTD was joined by the intermediate Ford LTD II from 1977 to 1979; the LTD II served as the replacement for the Torino/Gran Torino range. At various times throughout its production, the LTD range included two-door and four-door pillared and hardtop sedans, a two-door convertible, and the Ford LTD Country Squire five-door woodgrain station wagon. This car was bought from an elderly lady who moved to a senior facility. Car was bought in CA and lived in NJ for the past few years of its life. This LTD has manual windows and doors, an AM/FM/8-track player that works intermittently. Factory AC is untested. Very clean interior - 6-8" tear in driver's side of front bench seat, but otherwise front is super clean. Rear seats are still in plastic. Small tear in headliner over driver's seat. Exterior has some scratches, nicks, and paint touchups throughout. Roof has a few minor tears on top. Small rust spot near trunk hinge. Drive down memory lane in this fine specimen of American engineering! This car is sure to be a conversation piece. Great for cruising with your family, take it to car shows!
