Installed four new plug caps · Changed engine oil and oil filter · Dyno-Jet Stage 3 setup with individual air filters. · Drain fuel and inspect fuel tank + petcock. · Installed new petcock assembly · Installed new tank overflow hose · Add new fuel, test petcock operation. · Remove and replace carburetors. · Completely disassembled + separated bank of all four carburetors to perform complete cleaning and adjustment. · Replace fuel pipe o-rings between carburetors. Installed new gaskets + o-rings + fuel line with in-line fuel filter + vent hoses. · Inspect rubber carburetor holders + clamps = okay · Installed new clamps on each air filter · Disassemble throttle housing to clean throttle pipe + handlebar · Pressure lubed throttle cable · Installed + adjust throttle free-play (re-route cable for low-bars) · Warm engine and performed carburetor synchronization · Idle + mixture adjustment · Repair starter solenoid · Disassemble and clean starter button · Contact inside right switch housing · Replace wire terminals/ covers inside head lamp bucket for stater button to solenoid wire · Replace ground terminal at solenoid + clean ground contact to frame, replace terminals/ cover @ solenoid for start button wire to trigger solenoid · Replace positive cable lugs @ battery + solenoid, replace wire + terminal connector to fuse panel, replace negative cable lug @ battery and clean frame ground contact · Remove and completely clean fuse panel connections, replace 5 glass fuse and test resistance · Install OEM terminals + covers Install new tail lamp bulb, license lamp bulb, turn signal bulb, confirmed proper operation of all lights · Clean clutch switch terminals and connect wires inside head lamp bucket. Replace front brake light switch · Lubed clutch cable · Replaced valve cover breather hose · Adjust tire pressures to spec. Inspect wheel bearings, tires + rims= good · Clean/ lubed/ adjusted drive chain · Removed rear brake caliper to rebuild with new seals, bleed brakes + adjust rear brake lamp switch. · Installed new rear shock absorbers · Installed new seat cover · Test ride & confirm proper operation of clutch and transmission.
