1981 Honda CM400A HondamaticAbsolutely Beautiful with Low miles And Runs like new !! Please watch the video below! Truly ahead of its time, this unique classic is a fantastic & reliable bike with an EXTREMELY RARE in the motorcycle industry automatic transmission! This beginner’s friendly bike was introduced in 1978. This two-speed fluidic drive transmission shifts automatically for you once you pop it into drive and is built on Honda’s bullet proof engine and engineering. In 1981 they were produced with both and electric and kick starter. Acceleration is smooth and steady. Expect to get 48-50 miles per gallon out of its 2.6 gallon tank. This bike handles and rides smooth as well. It features Comstar wheels, a front telescopic air-assisted coil spring and adjustable twin shocks on the rear. It has a 10.8inch front single disc hydraulic brake, a rear drum brake and a hand lever parking brake. 9,545 original miles & it runs like new! This bike has been family owned for over 20 years and they took very good care of this bike. After we acquired it, we added a battery tender then detailed and polished the entire bike. We just ordered a new front tire and brake lever for it, so it will be installed before the bike ships to the new owner with the new tire and leversThe bike is highly collectable and sought after.
