Labor & Parts Invested Into This Bike @ Kaplan Cycles Include: Intake: 1.    Carburetor removed, disassembled, completely cleaned, and adjusted 2.    Throttle housing/pipe/cable cleaned & lubed 3.    Air filter & air box cleaned 4.    Idle speed/air & fuel mixture screw adjusted 5.    Proper function of the fuel petcock was ensured Engine: 1.    Cylinder compression test performed: Yielded a perfect 165psi indicating strong engine health 2.    Valve clearance adjusted to optimal specifications 3.    Flywheel removed, inspected and completely cleaned 4.    Point gap & timing inspected and adjusted 5.    Brand new NGK spark plug installed 6.    Clutch cover removed, inspected & a brand new gasket was installed & it was tightened down to spec 7.    Engine oil was freshly changed Brake: 1.    Front brake shoes, drum and backing plate cleaned and adjusted Electrical: 1.    Brand new 6-volt Yuasa battery installed   2.    Neutral indicator switch wire terminal cleaned and repaired 3.    Wire harness removed and broken connections were repaired 4.    Ignition switch contacts cleaned 5.    Meter sub harness installed & tested 6.    2 Indicator bulbs replaced 7.    2 Turn signal bulbs replaced 8.    Power to horn tested (power is being sent to horn however it still does not work) 9.    Headlamp was removed to be tested (Highbeams work) headlamp reinstalled 10.
