The paint finish is quite nice and the panel alignment is leagues better than original. The Royal Maroon paint is a base/clear system that comes to life in the sun. The black accents on the hood, spoilers, louvers and side stripes really bring out the color. This Mach will be at home at local shows where it will easily hold its own. Inside the Gorgeous Mach 1 Deluxe Interior has been restored with new door panels, seat upholstery, dash pad & trim. The Factory Console & Fold Down Rear Seat have been nicely restored. A couple of tasteful aftermarket upgrades include the custom Tilt Steering Column and CD Equipped Sound System. Under the hood the 351 Windsor has been seriously upgraded with a larger Performance Camshaft, Patriot Aluminum Cylinder Heads, Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap Intake Manifold, Holley Carburetor, Performance Ignition, Tubular Headers & Performance Exhaust. Hit the key & the engine Roars to life, hit the throttle and the tires scream for theirs! The transmission has been upgraded to a Tremec 5-Speed Overdrive unit. The 5-Speed shifts crisp & positive. This was a nice, tasteful installation with the shifter coming through the factory console hole. The neutral safety switch works nicely and the car will only start while in neutral. Clutch engagement is crisp with minimal pedal effort. The power steering has been seriously upgraded with a Borgeson style steering box that eliminates the power steering control valve and slave unit not to mention a couple of leak prone hoses. The steering is very crisp & responsive thanks to the upgraded technology and you will truly appreciate it out on the road. The brakes are Power Disc that have been nicely restored.
