If you're looking for a great value on an iconic and brutally powerful sport sedan with the right history and proper transmission, this is your E60 M5! We just accepted this Texas-owned BMW from the previous owner for a new Volvo XC70, we have both master keys and manuals. Factory build sheet available upon request, MSRP was $95,170 new and includes Merino full leather interior, comfort access, soft close doors, heads-up display, HD radio, satellite radio, iPod adapter, and enhanced H/K premium sound. The prior owner also installed B&B stainless performance exhaust, which sounds lively, but not at all rowdy or over the top. The car has always been dealer serviced and has been serviced at our own factory BMW facility since 50k miles. The car was under BMW extended warranty and extended maintenance programs until the end of 2013, and the owner continued dealer servicing it with us after those expired and up to the time he traded it. The 1,200 mile break-in service was performed at 1,040 miles and recent servicing includes 10 new ignition coils and new rear brakes. The costly VANOS solenoids were replaced at 86,111 miles. Cosmetic condition is consistent with a gently used 2008 M5. It has some stone pits on the front and minor wear, but no one with remotely realistic expectations of a 111k mile car would be disappointed - it's beautiful. The wheels are 19" OZ Racing, free from curb rash, and shod in Michelin Pilot A/S's. The tires have some serviceable tread remaining, but will likely need replacement before the end of the year.
