Up for auction is my 1995 Jaguar XJ6. I have owned the car for the last 2 years, purchased here on eBay. At the time of my purchase the car came from California so it has only seen 2 Ohio winters of which it was only driven in 1. The car sat for this past winter and did not see any salt. I've lost interest in the car for that is the reason for this sale. In my time of ownership it has had regular oil changes and new 70,000 mile Michelin tires were put on before I parked it last fall. While being parked over the winter I regularly started it to circulate the oil and keep the battery charged. The car is in running condition but will need some attention to make it road worthy. Most notably the accelerator cable is fraying and needs to be replaced. It still works but sometimes sticks which would make this not safe to drive. The brakes may need to be cleaned up from sitting over the winter, they were locked in place when I moved it for the first time this spring but free up and still operate. The left rack and pinion below was torn before I parked it last fall. I did purchase a new one but have not put it on yet. For that reason there is no power steering. You can fill up the power steering to see that it does work but the fluid will leak out thru the ripped below. Also there is a rattle in the rear of the car that is caused by a worn sway bar link. I hit a garbage can with the right side mirror and it broke. Again, I purchased a replacement mirror but have not put it on. When I purchased the car there was no windshield washer reservoir, I also purchased a used one and have not installed it. The power sun roof does work but is off track. There is some soap stains on the headliner from my Wife taking the car through an automatic car wash. The sunroof does not leak during a normal rain but the car wash was too much water. The driver side power window and power seat are not working st this time. I found out that there are approximately 6 fuse boxes on this car and I am unable to locate the fuses to fix this problem. There is an am/fm cd player currently in the car and the factory cd changer is still in the trunk. The interior is in fair to good condition. The leather seats are aged so there is some cracking. The ash tray door tab that keeps it closed is broke. Thats all I can think of at the moment. Now for the fine print. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED ON THIS VEHICLE.
