1996 Geo Tracker Convertible 2wd Starts and runs good. New top 2 years ago, head replaced, and transmission fluid filters changed 2 years ago. 1.6 4 cylinder automatic 2 wheel drive. Only 129,575 miles. This is a real nice running vehicle. However It has a few dings and scratches, some paint fading, no rust through, has slight fluid leaks oil is changed every 3 months and never needed to add any in between changes. Transmission fluid seem to be leaking from pan gasket, bolts were loose, tightened them up and added a sealer.(update: I placed a card board under the engine and transmission overnight. The engine has a very slight drip from the front and the trans seems to have slight from rear seal or diaphram? not as bad as it was though. Still shifts and runs very good) Fan belts noisy when started cold, when warmed up noise goes away. Some plastics around convertible top(bottom right corner) broken typical on these. Tires are about 50% However they seem fairly old. Drivers seat no longer reclines is set and bolted in one position, seat does move back and forth though. Seat mechanism for tilt should be available most junkyards? A new battery last year(still Good) Right side blinker lens broken should be replaced. With a little tlc should make a good vehicle.
