Up for auction is a 1980 MGB overdrive Model.This Classic British Roadster is in overall good condition.The car is very solid as the pics show the floor boards and trunk space with the carpet removed..The engine is in very good condition.The engine has had the weber carb upgrade,a very popular upgrade.The trans is in good condition.The brakes work very well.The interior is in good condition with the seats have no splits or tears.The seats do however need the seat straps under the padding replaced as it sags slightly under weight.I have a recliner that sits the same way,my wife says there is a direct correlation, but I dont see it..The battery has the very desirable "battery cutoff switch",which kills all electrical power until switched back on.The bfinish has the usual wear and will need a paint job.There are a few bubbles on the passenger rocker panels.The paint is peeling on the trunk lid.The top is in average condition and does not leak.the rear window is the zip in and out and works very well.The overdrive model of these old roadsters dont become available very often so dont let this get away.All things considered this Classic is a good addition to anyones collect,and should give you years of driving pleasure.Any Questions call me 931 979 0534,Thanks and Happy Motoring.
