BARN FIND/GARAGE FIND!! so every car has a story. the story for this one is my friends dad was driving back from the carmel coast in the summer of 84 the tranny started making noise he pulled over and towed the car home. he parked it in the garage and there it sat until last summer when i finial was able to buy it from him. in the past year i have spent over 15k getting the car back on the road worthy. new brake rotors, master cylinder, brake pads. the caliper were re-built.new upgraded chain tensioners, fuel pump, completely re-built tranny, new batteries. fixed the hand throttle. fully re-built carb's with new jets the tank and and fuel lines were cleaned out. the speedo says 62774 and i was told that was the true mileage. it was only a weekend driver the time my friends dad drove it. the car is numbers matching. the pan is as nice as i've seen. there is no rust under the batteries and the floor pan is super nice. the car needs paint and i would redo the seats. the factory color is silver. its sitting on a set of freshly detailed fuchs with a spare and has 5 brand new dunlops. HAGERTY SAYS VALUE OF THIS CAR HAS JUMPED 38% FROM APRIL TO AUGUST!!! WITH PAINT AND A LITTLE INTERIOR THIS IS 125,000 PLUS DOLLAR CAR!! i have a clean california title in my name.
