Sold new in Wayne, New Jersey on March 28, 2008, garage kept and performance upgrades make this car a rocketship. We just purchased the car from the original owner and now it is ready for its next garage... The California Special was reincarnated in 2007 as a tribute to the famous original 1968 name plate. This highly optioned Special Edition model included special GT/CS striping, spoiler, leather interior, lower & chin spoiler. Carbon fiber dash & door panel inserts & CS badging. Now the original owner decided at 5,000 miles it was time for performance upgrades. A Roush Supercharger, Hurst shifter, extra gauges and Roush suspension upgrades were in order. This is one of the fastest, easy to shift cars I have driven. A rocketship !!! All original factory parts were kept and come with the car... Now it will look great in your garage. Finished in Black with special GT/CS factory stripes. Mint Black & Dove Gray leather bucket seat interior, dash, console and carpet. The car is equipped with the factory original 4.6 Liter V-8 engine producing 300 HP. Added Supercharger produces well over 400 HP on this screamer. Hurst five speed close ratio manual transmission and limited slip differential. Performance suspension upgrades. Four wheel ABS brakes and full air bags Special CS Edition 18" aluminum wheels and new radial tires. Body has no rust or accident damage... the underside is as nice as the top !!!
