1970 Dodge Challenger R/T 2 Door Hardtop JS23N0B112248 Built 9-69 (Sept.) Very Early Production Genuine R/T One of 6,347 Challenger R/T 383 Automatic built cars. Original EW1 Alpine White exterior body color 1 of approx 301 built in EW1. (Would be a great Vanishing Point Project) Original Broadcast Sheet Some of the details and Options of how this car was originally built: V1X Black Vinyl Top V6X Black longitudinal "R/T" body side stripes H6X9 Black Bucket Seat interior A01 Light Package A62 Rallye Instrument Cluster with Tachometer D53 3.23 8-3/4 rear end gear ratio R22 AM with 8 Track Radio T87 F70x14 Goodyear Polyglas Raised White Letter Tires W23 14" Road Wheels Class 2 (Magnum 500) Manual Steering NON Powered Drum Brakes. This car has sat in a barn since 1980 and has NOT been cleaned. It still retains it ORIGINAL EW1 White paint and has never been repainted so you know what is under the paint...NO SURPRISES! The previous owner has begun to repaint the car Plum Crazy and did only the floor and trunk pans as shown. It still retains all of its original body and floor panels of which NONE are in need of replacing! The Cowl and Core support VIN Number match. The fender tag is missing but with the original broadcast sheet it will be a breeze to get a reproduction tag made. It has a 1968 318 with headers and an e body 4 speed with correct floor tunnel pedals and 1970 Pistol Grip shifter(slide in handle) No attempt has been made to start this motor. Only 1 bucket seat is there, The AM 8 track is missing but has an ebody AM FM radio(Not Tested) The original 1970 "Challenger" script 3 speaker dash pad is in place with some cracking it is missing both front and rear bumpers, taillights and deck lid. Not much exhaust other than headers. The original rear dual exhaust cutout valance is included but not pictured. Included will be a 383 block and "906" heads What you see is exactly what you get nothing more nothing less. I have over 100 pictures of this car, message me. This car is sold as is where is.
