This is a 1956 Studebaker Golden Hawk.  It has had a frame on restoration which included lots of new, rebuilt, and good original parts.  It looks and runs good, doesnt have any major issues or problems, but everything is not perfect either.  Probably a couple minor things you could find to tinker with as with most any nearly 60 year old car.  We have had this car several years and the restoration has been completed for about 5 years or so.  This is not a #10 trailer queen show car.  I would rate it probably about a solid 7. This car has the Packard V8 and a 3 speed on the column trans with overdrive.  It runs and drives good.  It is really strong and sounds great.  This car does have the oil bath air filter and A/C unit.  We do have the plastic clear AC tubes that go on the rear package tray.  They do have stress cracks and are a little bit brittle but we do have the originals.  Most of the chrome & polished trim on the car has been redone, refurbished, polished, etc.  There are some pieces that still have a little pitting, but none are bad.  The paint job is about 5 or 6 years old and looks good.  The interior has new upholstery, some new paint, and refurbished parts, and some pretty good original parts.  The trunk is in good condition and has been painted and the engine bay has been painted (including engine and other parts).  The engine bay has just gotten a little dusty from sitting around and could use a little cleaning back up.  This is a good looking and driving very unique car with some rare options.  We have the car for sale at Corinth Classic Cars along with several others.  If you have any questions feel free to call at 662-287-4451 (dwayne or lee) This is an old car.  It is hard to get all the details in a few short sentences.  If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.  We can provide additional info or pics upon request.
