1975 Honda Goldwing GL1000. First year this bike was made by Honda and a very desirable bike to own. It appears to be complete minus the key, timing cover, and carbs. The intake is wrapped well in plastic and looks like somebody planned to fix this bike. It came from a Honda dealer that closed down due to death so we have no history of this bike and no way to get any history for it. This bike is a survivor because it was setting in the backroom of the dealership, forgotten about. Maybe the owner couldn't afford the repair cost or who knows. I have no way to check to see if the motor is free because I don't have a key to try turning it over. The pipes appear to be without any major defects except light rusting on the chrome covers. I don't see any holes in them. This bike is pretty well preserved. It still has the original turn signals and rear grab rail. Just a very nice example of a Goldwing that wasn't junked out when scrap went high. I expect payment within 5 days of auction close but I can store the bike(within reason) until you or your shipper can arrive. I have a large driveway that is semi truck accessible.
