FEES AND TAXES New Jersey residents will pay all NJ sales taxes, (7%) title and registration fees. Out-of state buyers will be paying, taxes, title, and registration fees in their state. Northway Automotive will charge a $248 fee to all customers to cover the cost of vehicle pre-inspections, document preparation, priority mailing costs, title fees, and temporary tags.
