Up for auction is a nice 1978 Suzuki GS750 motorcycle. We are a Suzuki motorcycle dealership and are also manufacture authorized dealers for Honda, Kawasaki, and BMW. We acquired this motorcycle in trade from a store client of ours. This motorcycle was on the road for this past riding season & passed Massachusetts State Inspection back in April 2013, so everything was in good working condition. This motorcycle has been sitting since the middle of the summer, so it may need some fresh fuel or a possible carb clean, along with a battery charge. The front turn signal was also broken by mistake while being moved around the dealership. Otherwise, with minimal amount of work, this motorcycle could be back on the road for the next owner. This 35 year old Suzuki has only 35,316 miles and it was in good running condition as of this past summer. This motorcycle was previously registered here in Massachusetts, and effective November 26, 1990, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 90D, Section 2, was amended. Passenger vehicles 10 years old or more became no longer exempt from the title law. This motorcycle was purchase by the previous owner prior to this date, so they were exempt from the Massachusetts State Title Law at that time. This means this bike will be sold with a bill of sale & registration from the previous owner. We will also provide a letter to the previous owner from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles or RMV. This was sent the the previous owner when they tried to apply for a title, and it explains the Massachusetts General Law as mentioned above (see last image). There is no title available for this motorcycle currently, but a clean title can be issued from the new home state of the buyer when registered.
