1980 Cadillac Hearse with awesome Flame Paint job with airbrushed skulls. If you are the sort of person who loves attention this car will turn heads everywhere it goes Great to drive to Horror movie conventions , haunted houses , horror punk rock shows like the Misfits We spent a year getting the 1980 Cadillac Hearse back on the road from the condition it was in when we got it The car has the following new parts / service within the last 500 miles Intake GasketValve Cover GasketsNew BrakesNew Brake Cylinders Partial new brake lines Replace fuel tank with a quality used tank New fuel lines New Fuel PumpTransmission was serviced , new fluid and filter New Belts New Hoses and seals for power steering pump New Plugs and Wires All 4 new tires less than 500 miles on them tune-up distributor cap New tail pipe New Muffler Air filter fuel filter New BatteryRebuilt alternator We only had a few thousand to spend on the body work so we had a body shop do the best they could within our budget , the rust was stabilized and repaired and a good part of the car was re-painted , the hood was not painted , we did not want to lose the flames in the paint job The paint has a few areas where its bubbled out , and starting to rust again mostly just a line along the one back quarter panel . Its not very bad The car still needs a few parts , body wise it needs the filler panels behind the front bumper on both sides It was not ideally what we would have liked to do as far as bodywork but the car looks good for the money we spent and the rust has been stabilized The interior of the car is fair and needs a few trim pieces most notably a new insert in the door where the power windows and such are . The air conditioner is not working The car runs pretty good and motor sounds real good , the fan belt squeals when you start it up but I noticed today its twisted and needs taken off and straightenedIf you want to come and look at the car in person , you are welcome to contact us We never got the car 100 percent to where we wanted it , with a car this old some more issues can certainly come up that need addressed But believe me we took care of a ton of headaches for the new owner to get this car back on the road , the bad part is we finally got it back on track and running decent and my daughter the driver is moving to the city for college with no place to park the car , so she has decided to sell it rather than store it for 4 years. The buyer is responsible for either coming to get the car , or using one of the quality car shippers recommended by ebay We used one of these shippers when we purchased the carYou might be surprised how cheap it is to get it shipped , its really not that bad The car is sold as is , and like i said you are more than welcome to come and give it a good look and test drive before you bid
